By using this website, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to place orders
  • Will not use the site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

3. Products & Services

  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to the best of our ability
  • Minor variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing, including surface texture or layer lines

All custom and made-to-order items are produced based on customer-provided or customer-approved specifications.

4. Custom Orders

Custom orders, personalized items, and private production runs are governed by our Custom Order Agreement.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:

  • Production will not begin until mockup approval is received
  • Approved mockups become the production reference
  • Custom items are non-refundable except in cases of verified production error by us

Customers are responsible for reviewing all mockups carefully prior to approval.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is required in full before production or shipment
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time

In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel or adjust an order and issue a refund as necessary.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Non-custom items may be returned under specific conditions

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question

We are not responsible for misuse, improper installation, or unintended applications of printed items.
