Returns & Refunds Policy

We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of every item we produce. Because many of our products are custom-made, returns are limited to specific situations outlined below.

1. Damage During Shipping or Production Issues

Returns or replacements are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or there is a verified production defect.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos of:
    • The shipping packaging
    • The damaged item itself

Failure to provide photos within this timeframe may result in the return or replacement request being denied.

2. Non-Custom (Standard) Items

For non-customized products only, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

3. Custom Items & Private Production Runs

Because custom items are made specifically to order:

  • All custom items are non-refundable
  • All private production runs are non-refundable

Exception:
If an error is made by us during production that does not match the approved mockup, we will correct or replace the item.

4. Mockup Approval (Custom Orders)

For all custom items and private production runs:

  • You will be provided with a mockup for approval
  • Production will not begin until the mockup is approved
  • Once approved:
    • The mockup becomes the production reference
    • Any errors or issues present in the approved mockup are not our responsibility

Please review mockups carefully before approving.

5. Final Notes

  • We do not accept returns for buyer error, preference changes, or incorrect assumptions about size or use
  • We are always happy to answer questions before an order is placed to ensure the final product meets your needs
