This Custom Order Agreement outlines the terms that apply to all custom designs, personalized items, and private production runs. By placing a custom order with Falling 3D Design Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Definition of a Custom Order

A custom order includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom-designed parts
  • Personalized or modified products
  • Items made to specific dimensions, fit, or use
  • Private or small-batch production runs
  • Any item requiring design work, modeling, or approval prior to printing

Custom orders are created specifically for you and are not resellable.

2. Mockup & Approval Process

Before production begins:

  • You will be provided with a digital mockup or design proof
  • Production will not begin until you approve the mockup

By approving the mockup, you confirm that:

  • Dimensions, orientation, and general appearance are correct
  • Text, labeling, symbols, or features are accurate
  • The design meets your intended use

Once approved, the mockup becomes the production reference.

3. Responsibility After Approval

After mockup approval:

  • Any errors, omissions, or design choices present in the approved mockup are the customer’s responsibility
  • Falling 3D Design Studios is not responsible for mistakes that were visible or implied in the approved design
  • Changes requested after approval may require additional fees and revised timelines

Please review all mockups carefully before approving.

4. Production & Materials

  • All custom items are produced using materials selected based on the intended application
  • Minor visual variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing, including layer lines or surface texture
  • These variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects

We prioritize function, fit, and durability over cosmetic perfection unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Corrections

  • All custom orders are non-refundable
  • All private production runs are non-refundable

Exception:
If a production error is made by us that does not match the approved mockup, we will correct or replace the item at our discretion.

This agreement works in conjunction with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Timelines & Communication

  • Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary based on complexity, revisions, or material availability
  • We will communicate clearly if changes to the timeline are required
  • Delays caused by late approvals or requested revisions may extend delivery dates

7. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a custom order with Falling 3D Design Studios, you confirm that you:

  • Have reviewed and approved the final mockup
  • Understand that custom items are made specifically for you
  • Agree to the terms outlined in this Custom Order Agreement and the Returns & Refunds Policy
